Founded in 1996 by Rıza Öztel, Öztel Yapı is a building brand that combines 30 years of experience with a reliable, planned and aesthetic approach in construction and architecture. The brand aims to carry out project development, design, interior solutions, implementation preparation and future construction activities with the same corporate understanding.
For us, a good project is not only about creating an aesthetic space; it is about delivering a well-planned, feasible, trustworthy structure that creates long-term value. That is why we approach every step, from design decisions to implementation, with both construction discipline and architectural perspective.
No project within Öztel Yapı is considered independently of the field. Architectural design, structural calculation, material selection and implementation teams work in coordination under the same roof, so decisions taken at the design stage are carried to the site without deviation. Over 30 years, from residential projects to commercial buildings and from turnkey implementations to comprehensive project services, we rebuild the experience we have gained at different scales with the same diligence in every new project.
